Welcome to the HEREA website (the “Website” or “Site”), a website operated on behalf of HEREA RETAIL SA DE CV (hereinafter collectively, “us”, “our”, “we”, “HEREA”, or the “Vendor”). The information collected by HEREA may include:

2. Username and password for the Site;

Your credit card information is encrypted and provided to the credit card issuer for verification and approval. We do not retain any credit card information following verification and approval. At your option, you may save your card for future purchases. This information is maintained on our credit card processor, not on our website.

We do not offer or provide products for children. If you are under 16, you may not use our Site or Mobile App and/or provide any information about yourself including, without limitation, your name, address, email address, or any username you may use. 

We do not intend to collect personal information from children. If your child has submitted personal information and you would like to request that such information be removed, you may contact us via one of the contact methods described on the Site and we will promptly remove such information and shall not use such information or include it in our database. 

9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

As a California resident, you may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf to make a request under the CPRA by using the same channels for exercising your rights described above, such as requesting disclosure of any personal information sold or collected by HEREA; or requesting deletion or correction of such personal information.  

If your authorized agent does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to submit verified requests for disclosure, deletion, or correction, we reserve the right to deny such a request that we have received and will explain to your authorized agent why we have denied such request. 

 In addition to the above rights, under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
