Our size guide serves as a guideline for helping you find the perfect size. Check all our size guides here.

On the product’s page, select the size you’re looking for. If it’s out of stock, click the “Notify me when available” button to receive an email notification when your product is back in stock. 

ORDERS

Look out for your favorite products and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either create an account for future orders or check out as a guest. 

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you’ll be unable to change or cancel it. 

Be careful when providing us your shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address. 

Receiving your order confirmation can take up to 36 hours due to our high demand. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email after this time, contact us here. 

PAYMENT / PROMOTIONS

We currently accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments via ApplePay and PayPal. 

 

If you’re experiencing error messages while making your payment, first, make sure you’ve entered the correct card details when checking out. 

 For debit or credit cards: Check out if your card is not expired, out of date or if your billing address is different to the one in your bank account. 

 For PayPal or ApplePay, please contact your provider directly if your payment has been declined. 

 

We often offer discounts and promotions on our website or on our social media. Sign up for our email alerts to receive special offers. 

If you’re having issues applying a promo to your order first, make sure you’ve entered the code as you received it.

These are some of the things to check if you’re still experiencing issues: 

The promo has time limit? Some of our promos have time limits so make sure you’ve placed your order before the promo ends to be applied on your order.  

Are you trying to enter more than one code? If you already have one promo applied, then you won’t be able to apply another to the same order.  

The promo has any exclusion? Some of our promos exclude products from some categories.

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with your confirmation order, a tracking reference and a link to the delivery company’s website.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

Yes, but because of the high costs and difficulty with the back tracking, all international customers (outside USA/MX) are responsible for creating their own label and sending back their order. Please see our Exchanges/Returns Policy here for further information.

Contact us here within 72 hours of receiving your order, you must provide your order number for our support team to be able to help. You’ll be asked to provide multiple photos of the damaged products. Please see our Exchanges/Returns Policy here for further information.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer automatic exchanges currently. If you want a different product or size, please return the original item and place a new order for the product you want.
