EXCHANGES / RETURNS POLICY

Before using and/or placing an order on this website or the mobile app, please carefully read our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Exchanges/Returns Policy. 

 

  1. EXCHANGES

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange facility. Simply return your product(s) and reorder for a replacement. After reviewing the product(s), we will inform you whether or not you are eligible for a refund. 

 

  1. RETURNS

 

You have the legal right to return your product(s) within 30 days of receiving them. You must contact us to withdraw from the contract within a maximum of 72 hours after receiving your product(s) via the contact information provided on our “Contact Us” webpage on the site. 

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you must return the product(s) to the following address within 30 days of the date on which you inform us that you wish to withdraw: 

Paseo de la Espuela, 306, Residencial la Hacienda, TRC, COAH 27276, MX. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us (including any import duties and taxes incurred by us as a result of the return). 

We will only accept returns for product(s) that are new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact. Please include with the returned product(s) all original boxes, instructions, documents, and wrappings. After reviewing the product(s), we will inform you whether or not you are eligible for a refund. Undergarments, swimwear, sale items, makeup, makeup tools, and accessories are not returnable. 

 

  1. RETURNS OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

If you believe that the product(s) does not conform to your order, please promptly contact us within a maximum of 72 hours after receiving your product(s) via the contact information provided on our “Contact Us” webpage on the site. Please note that you will be asked to send multiple photos of the product(s). 

We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the date we confirmed to you via email that you are entitled to a refund for the damaged product(s). 

If any defect exists, damaged products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges (if any) and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the product(s). 

 

  1. REFUNDS

 

Except as set forth below, we agree to refund any product(s) you are not completely happy with when you withdraw from the contract within a maximum of 72 hours after receiving your product(s) and return it to us within thirty (30) days of the date on which you inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract, unless a longer period of time is specified in writing at the time of purchase, Order Placed, or Order Confirmation. You shall receive a refund of the price paid for the product(s) (except shipping costs) in accordance with our Exchange/Returns Policy. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. 

Your right to a refund only applies to product(s) that are returned in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact. Any product(s) that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore, we ask that you take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession and, when possible, retain the original boxes for any return of the product(s). 

However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us. Please note that if you return the goods to us at our expense, we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost we might incur as a result. We will process your refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the date the returned goods have been received by us. We will always refund any money (except shipping costs) using the method used to make payment if the card is available.
